Christopher, like Paul, was among the first chosen to start the Success Track Program at their respective schools. The program involved teaching professionalism and soft skills to future technicians.
Christopher has also taught Martial Arts for over 15 years. He has trained and taught both nationally and internationally. He is a certified international referee for the World Koushu (Kung Fu) Federation. Christopher is a Hall of Fame Martial Artist and a board member of the Carolina’s Association of Chinese Martial Arts.
Christopher holds a Bachelors as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from Montreat College.
Paul Grzybowski has a Bachelor’s Degree in Workforce Education and Development at the University of Southern Illinois Carbondale and has eighteen years of experiences in the professional and technical arena. In 1990, he graduated from Riverside School of Aeronautics and received a Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Powerplant License. After some time as an airplane mechanic, Paul decided to pursue a career in the automotive industry.
Paul has attained all of the certifications needed in the automotive field: ASE Master Technician, L1 Certification, California State Smog Technician, General Motors Factory Training, Electric Vehicle (EV1) Technician, and Shop Forman at a national top ten dealership. Paul left the dealerships behind and taught his trade at an automotive post secondary school. During this time, he became an educational manager, co-creator, and lead facilitator of an innovative motivational program dealing with soft skills, professionalism, customer service, goal setting, and communication. Education became one of Paul’s passions in life, and he re-enrolled and completed a long lost goal of becoming a college graduate.
Paul has now come back to industry to train the workforce and share the skills he has learned along the way. WRENCH Training and Development uses exciting and innovative curriculum to help improve communication, customer service, and enhance overall workplace attitude and performance. Never stop learning.
We employ many different facilitators. We will send bios of all facilitators before the training is performed.
